Terms of the Partnership:
The partnership between Econaur and the partner will be governed by the following terms:
- The partnership is non-exclusive, and both parties are free to engage in similar partnerships with other entities.
- The partnership can be terminated by either party with a written notice of 30 days.
The partner will be solely responsible for any legal or regulatory compliance related to the products sold through the partnership. - The partner will not make any false or misleading representations about Econaur or its products.
Econaur reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time with prior notice to the partner.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the partner acknowledges and agrees to abide by all the terms mentioned herein. Please note that these terms and conditions are not exhaustive and may be updated or modified at any time at the discretion of Econaur.
Commission Structure:
- Sales of up to Rs. 5,000 – 10% commission
- Sales between Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 50,000 – 7% commission
- Sales between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 2,00,000 – 5% commission
- Sales above Rs. 2,00,000 – 4% commission
Partner Responsibilities:
As a partner of Econaur, you are responsible for the following:
- Updating Econaur on all leads and inquiries shared with us.
Providing updated pricing for online saleable products (if applicable). - Providing all product information and updates to Econaur.
- Designating a concerned person to coordinate with Econaur on all matters related to the partnership.
Support Required:
- Courses at Econaur Learning Academy: Please indicate whether you are interested in offering courses through our Learning Academy by selecting Yes, No, or Maybe.
- Video related to technical information of your product: We regret to inform you that we are not able to provide videos related to technical information of your product. However, we do welcome any additional information you would like to share with us.
- Quiz Sponsorship: Please indicate whether you are interested in sponsoring any quiz by selecting Yes, No, or Later. If you select Yes, please share the details by 20th May 2023, so that we can plan accordingly.
- Selling Products Online: Please provide your consent if you would like to sell your products online through our platform. In doing so, please ensure that all product information is updated and inquiries will be shared for the same. Additionally,
- Econaur can market the product and sell it online (if it is sellable), and all delivery will be taken care of by the partner. We also require that you provide technical support to customers.
- Please note that the above support areas are not exhaustive and may be updated or modified at any time at the discretion of Econaur.
